These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the spin7 platform and all services provided by spin7 to players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

By accessing spin7.biz, registering an account, or using any service provided by spin7 (collectively, "the Platform"), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Account Limits
Each individual player may hold only one (1) account on the spin7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds. Players who discover they have accidentally created duplicate accounts must contact spin7 support immediately via live chat.
spin7 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings associated with it to any other person.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. spin7 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must immediately notify spin7 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
spin7 is required by the PAGCOR regulatory framework and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to authorizing real-money play and withdrawals. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

spin7 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or all account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail KYC verification or that provide false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed. Deposits
All deposits to your spin7 account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. spin7 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and selected debit and credit cards. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
spin7 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet are subject to interbank processing times.
Deposits may only be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the deposit amount returned to the source, less any applicable fees.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to any verified payment method registered in your name on the Platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. spin7 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
spin7 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement compliance checks. Players will be informed of any withdrawal holds within 24 hours of the hold being applied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spin7 shall not be liable for:

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes identity verification data, financial transaction records, game activity logs, and communication records, all of which are maintained for the period required by applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where a change is required by applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case it may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the spin7 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact spin7 customer support to seek an informal resolution. spin7 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of formal written notification.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which has regulatory jurisdiction over spin7's operations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through regulatory channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippines Dispute Resolution Center, conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines.
